Description of the Company

The Quality Manual of the Willsweep Ltd (WSL) has been produced to describe the principles, policies and procedures laid down by the management of the Company.

The Quality Manual is the authoritative document describing the quality systems, which must be carried out by the management and staff in order to achieve the Quality objectives to which Willsweep is committed.

It is a working document, which evolves with time and requires some interpretation. Maintenance and update is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Controller who ensures that copies are made available to appropriate departments and personnel.

The issue of the Quality Manual falls within the scope of the controlled document system. The manual is issued as a complete working document, but one or more pages or sections, may be amended and issued individually at anytime. All changes or additions are issued by the Quality Assurance Controller and authorised by the Managing Director.
